The kids and I secretly “borrowed” my husband’s black grill apron last weekend and turned it into a colorful art project that only a father could love (and wear, LOL). The kids dipped their hands in fabric paint, made prints all over the apron, wrote “DAD” on it, then hung it up in a secret place to dry. It’s an easy and inexpensive Father’s Day gift any dad is sure to cherish. Now if we can just keep it a secret until Father’s Day…

Luckily the kids kept it a secret, and boy was he surprised (and in shock for a moment - LOL). Tom says “All I have to say is WOW!!! and yes I wore it with pride. I love my kids and their creativity.”

In case your special dad is not into grilling, here’s some inexpensive Father’s Day gift ideas we came across this week…
Artwork Lunch Bags from The Mother Huddle
Super Hero Father’s Day Gift from Alphamom
Football Cupcakes from Disney Family Fun
