Ordering Online

What types of payment do you accept?

We use PayPal to process all orders – it is fast, easy to use and safe! Please note that you do NOT need a PayPal account to place an order. At checkout, click the pay by PayPal option to be forwarded to a secure page where you can choose to pay using your debit or credit card. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Is your site secure?

Yes. Security is very important to us. All orders processed through our website and are held in the strictest confidence. Any information we request from you will only be used to help us process your order. We do not store debit or credit card details. PayPal operates a secure server, encrypts your debit/credit card information and authorizes payment.

How do I place an order?

To purchase an item, click the “Add To Cart” button on the product detail page. Once you finish shopping, click the “CheckOut” button in the Shopping Cart at the top right of the page. Follow the prompts to enter your billing and shipping information, then complete your purchase via PayPal.

Can I place an order without having to signup for a PayPal account?

Yes. When you checkout you will see an option to pay by credit card without signing up for an account with PayPal. If you would like to setup an account with PayPal, visit and click on the “Sign up” button on the bottom of the “Account login” section.

How do I place an order if I forgot my PayPal username and password?

Please visit, click “Problem with login?” and follow instructions to recover your username and password.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes. Any domestic order can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase by contacting us immediately. After 4 hours, the order will be sent to production and shipped accordingly. If you cancel an order after 4 hours, but before it ships, you will be charged a service fee of $15. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Do you have anything on sale right now?

Our sale items are featured in our store and labeled with a “SALE” tag in the upper left corner of the product’s photo. We periodically change our sale items, so visit our store regularly for great deals.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we are happy to offer gift certificates for use on Purchasing a gift certificate is easy – simply visit our Gift Certificates order page, click the “Buy A Gift Certificate” button and complete the PayPal online form. Gift certificates are processed through a separate PayPal transaction – the cost is not included with items added to your shopping cart. When purchasing gift certificates for friends or family members outside the United States, please consider adding shipping costs to your total gift certificate amount.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for all orders delivered within the 50 United States. Please review our Shipment and Payment Policy for more details.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We do not ship outside the United States at the moment. Please review our International Shipment and Payment Policy for details.

Can I return or exchange an order?

Returns and exchanges are permitted for domestic orders only. To return or exchange an item, contact us to let us know and mail it back within 5 calendar days of initial delivery. International returns and exchanges are only permitted when insured items are damaged in transit. Please review our Returns Policy for more details.

When will I receive my order?

All domestic orders are shipped within 14 business days of purchase or less. Canvases ship via USPS Priority Mail and average 2 to 3 business days for delivery. Prints and pillowcases ship via USPS First-Class Mail and average 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

How will my order be delivered?

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products via Priority Mail and First-Class Mail. After your order is processed and shipped we will send you an email regarding the shipping method and estimated delivery date. Be sure to review our Shipment and Payment Policy for more details.

Can I get my order shipped faster?

Yes, however there is an extra charge for faster shipping. Simply contact us with your specific request.

Can I track my order?

Can I change my ship-to address?

Yes. We are happy to change the ship-to address as long as your order has not shipped.

Do you offer gift wrap?

We are happy to offer gift wrap for all orders – simply contact us with your request. Our $5 per item gift wrap includes stylish wrapping paper, a matching ribbon and our very own Whimsical Kids Canvas note card with a handwritten personal message of your choice. Canvases include a large ribbon tied into a bow (no wrapping paper) and a Whimsical Kids Canvas note card with a handwritten personal message of your choice.

Themes and Products

How often do you upload new themes and products?

We upload new themes and products once or twice a month. Join us on Facebook for the latest theme updates and visit our store for the latest products. We also periodically post theme related articles on our blog.

Color and Cropping

Will the product colors match those displayed on your website?

We make every effort to accurately display the correct color and cropping of illustrations and products on this website. However, please keep in mind that the color calibration of computer monitors can vary, therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. You should also note that the cropping of our illustrations usually change as the size of the product increases.

Why is the image on my order cropped differently than what I see on your website?

Product dimensions vary so you may see a slight difference in cropping compared to what you see on our website. However, we display multiple views of most items so you can make informed choices about the products that work best for you.

Care and Cleaning

How do I care for and clean the items I ordered?

Canvases and prints can be wiped with a soft dry cloth and pillowcases can be machine laundered with like colors.

How do I search your site?

You can use the search feature located at the top right of our website. Simply click on the magnifying glass, type in a keyword, then hit enter on your keyboard. If you want to search products by theme, click any theme in the “Shop By Theme” box on the right side of our website.

Why are search results listed in Quickview format?

The WordPress ‘powers that be’ are currently working on revamping the search feature for all WordPress sites. Until that effort is completed, our site will show the results in a “Quickview” format. You can still see the results to your search, you’ll just need to click the Quickview “Read More” button to view them.
