We ship to any location within the United States – FOR FREE – via USPS Priority and First-Class Mail. All orders are shipped within 14 business days of purchase or less. Canvases ship via Priority Mail and average 2 to 3 business days for delivery. Prints and pillowcases ship via First-Class Mail and average 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
Each item is packaged with care in a sturdy box, mailing tube or padded envelope to ensure that it arrives undamaged. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with an expected delivery date. If your order is delayed, we will let you know via e-mail, then monitor your order until it is delivered.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders must be sent to a residential or business address. For items going to multiple addresses, please submit orders separately for each address. Shipping costs DO NOT cover multiple addresses within the same order. Each destination must have its own order. Orders that contain messages to ship to different addresses will be refunded and asked to be placed separately.
We only ship to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Any international orders will be refunded and the purchaser will be contacted with refund information.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. If you would like to add a tracking number to your order, please contact us for exact costs.
We can insure items for up to $5,000 against loss or damage. Please contact us for exact insurance costs. Insurances pricing is based on the declared value of the shipment and is available only to certain destinations.
Refusal Of Delivery
If on delivery, the package or envelope is refused or returned, the buyer is responsible for the full purchase price and return shipping charges – without exception – for all orders.
Invalid Shipping Addresses
If you provide an incorrect shipping address at the time of purchase, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges to correct the order. Please carefully review your order prior to finalizing payment to avoid shipping address errors. If you place an order and discover an error, please contact us immediately.
We are very proud of our themes and products and trust that you’ll love them just as much. We deliver products of the best quality, which should arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, simply contact us and return it for a full refund within 5 calendar days of the initial delivery date.
We do not have re-stocking fees or hidden charges. If you need to return an item, you are only responsible for the return shipping expense, unless an error was made on our part, in which case we will pay for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price, minus the cost of inbound shipping. While we issue refunds as soon as possible, please allow 30 days for the funds to be posted to your account.
If any product you purchase is faulty or damaged when delivered, please inform us immediately – within 24 hours of initial delivery. We cannot be responsible for damage claims made after 24 hours. We make no exceptions to this policy. When damage claims are submitted within 24 hours of delivery, we will offer to replace, exchange, refund or provide store credit as appropriate.
Any items returned without permission at any time will be returned to the customer at the customer’s full expense including all related shipping charges.
We only accept returns in ORIGINAL packaging and in ORIGINAL condition. Original condition means unused, unwashed, unscratched and undamaged – the exact same condition as when you received it. If you accidentally throw away or damage the packing materials when opening the initial shipment, please take care to replace and repack it with similar packing materials. When returning an item, we recommend that you purchase tracking and insurance, as we cannot process refunds for items that are damaged or lost in transit. Items returned after 5 calendars days from initial delivery or items not returned in their original condition and packing will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, including inbound and outbound shipping charges.
At exactly five calendar days after delivery, all sales are final without exception. If you cannot be present when your order is delivered and will not be able to inspect it for shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery, please make arrangements for a friend or family member to inspect it for you. We cannot be responsible for ANY damage claims submitted past 24 hours of initial delivery and we do not refund or exchange items past 5 calendar days of initial delivery.
Our free U.S. shipping offer ONLY applies to the initial shipment, so please choose items carefully and review your order closely before finalizing payment. Shipping charges for exchanges (inbound and outbound) will be charged to the customer who placed the original order, unless otherwise specified.
Whimsical Kids Canvas accepts payment via PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted. You do not need a PayPal account to pay online. After submitting an order online, we will send you a confirmation email detailing your order.
Pricing & Sales Tax
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. An 8.25% sales tax is applied at checkout to items purchased within California.
We make every effort to maintain the lowest possible prices on our products. From time to time we adjust our product information and pricing when notified of related changes made by our manufacturers. This may occur without prior notice. Please keep in mind that the price you see today may not be the price you see tomorrow. We strive to keep Whimsicalkidscanvas.com as bug-free as possible, but if you find a programming bug or a pricing glitch, please let us know. Although we try, regrettably, we cannot honor some pricing errors.
If you make an error when placing an order online, you may cancel the order within 4 hours from the time the order is placed by contacting us immediately. After 4 hours, the order will be sent to production and shipped accordingly. If you cancel an order after 4 hours, but before it ships, you will be charged a service fee of $15. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
We are happy to offer gift certificates for use on Whimsicalkidscanvas.com. Purchasing a gift certificate is easy – simply visit our Gift Certificates order page, click the “Buy A Gift Certificate” button and complete the PayPal online form. Gift certificates are processed through a separate PayPal transaction – the cost is not included with items added to your shopping cart.
For security and verification purposes, you may be required to verify your identity using a credit card. Multiple gift certificates can be redeemed on a single purchase if they are in the same currency. Unused balances may be applied to other purchases on Whimsicalkidscanvas.com.
Gift certificate recipients can cancel their gift certificate within 60 days of the purchase date and have funds refunded to the purchaser. Refunds on gift certificates that were purchased using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to that credit/debit card. Refunds on gift certificates that were not purchased using a credit/debit card will be placed into the purchaser’s PayPal account. Printed Whimsical Kids Canvas gift certificates are transferable if they do not include a recipient email address.
Gift certificates do not expire and do not accrue maintenance fees. Gift certificates are non-exchangeable for cash and non-replaceable if lost or stolen. Change will not be issued should the purchase amount be less than the certificate value. Neither Whimsical Kids Canvas nor PayPal are responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
We are happy to offer gift wrap for all orders – simply contact us with your request. Our $5 per item gift wrap includes stylish wrapping paper, a matching ribbon and our very own Whimsical Kids Canvas note card with a handwritten personal message of your choice. Canvases include a large ribbon tied into a bow (no wrapping paper) and a Whimsical Kids Canvas note card with a handwritten personal message of your choice.
At Whimsical Kids Canvas, we respect your privacy. All orders processed through our website and PayPal.com are held in the strictest confidence. Any information we request from you will only be used to help us process your order.
Whimsical Kids Canvas does not store debit or credit card details. PayPal operates a secure server, encrypts your debit/credit card information and authorizes payment. We highly recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including us, by email. We cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur by transmitting information to us by internet link or email. Any such loss is entirely your responsibility.
